Some more details of AMD Zacate E-240
The AMD's E-240 promises a decent graphics performance with its integrated GPU and this will be the main reason why you would prefer this processor. The Single core 1.5 GHz processor will have average processing power, just good enough for your dailyt home and office computing. It competes well with Intel's Atom processor and outsmarts them in graphics performance. If you need slightly more performance you may like to take a look at Zacate E-350.
Old (5+ years CPU's) like the AMD 3800 are still over twice as powerful. I just cannot think of any reason to put this into a PC. It may be fine for a video selector for your TV but that is about it.
